Orders and Shipping
Once you place your order it may take around 2-4 weeks to reach you. Our processing time is given below after your order.
1st Day – Payment Verification
2nd-3rd Days – Designing and Printing
4-5th Day – Shipping and sending the tracking number
9th-25th day – Delivery
Before returning and exchanging a product please read our policy carefully. You can check our return and refund policy here.
You can change your shipping address until the product is shipped. Once the product is shipped and left the warehouse we are not able to change the shipping address.

Once your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number in the email. You can track your order using the given link in the email or you can track your order using 17track or Trackingmore website.
We use on of the best payment processor PayPal and Stripe and if you choose to save your card information that will be saved by stripe and PayPal not by us. We don’t store your card information.

If you received the wrong item then there are two cases.
- You order the wrong item – this is the customer’s fault and no refund will be issued.
- We sent you the wrong item – New item will be shipped or you will get refunded.
If your order received damaged and not usable. Please click the picture of the order and email those photos to us. We will solve your issue as soon as possible.
If you need to return an item you have to contact our customer support center. Please note that you have to pay the return shipping fees.

We can change the shipping address until the product is shipped.
Once the product left the warehouse we will not be able to change the shipping address.
