Your order is shipped within 2-3 working days and will be delivered in 2-4 weeks on most of the locations.

If you received a wrong item due to our mistake we will refund your money.
But if you ordered a wrong product you can cancel it until it is shipped. After shipping you will be charged 50% amount for the new product.
Due to long distance your our container of the package may arrive a little bit crumbled or damaged.
But if the main product is damaged please send us the picture of the product we will try to solve your issue ASAP.
