What if you didn’t receive your order?
First of all, we request you to check the shipping timings for your country. There are two things you can do if you didn’t receive your order.
- Your order is in shipping timing – we suggest you wait for your order. Your order will reach you within the time.
- Shipping timing passed still didn’t get the order – In this case, we request you to check the tracking of the product and check if it is stuck in your local delivery center.

My Order is untraceable
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking ID and a tracking link. You can use that tracking code to track your order or click on the link.
