Your order’s journey begins as soon as your payment is confirmed. We get straight to work preparing your custom set with the utmost care.
Here is a breakdown of our typical processing timeline:
- Day 1: Order & Payment Confirmation
- Days 2-3: Design Creation
- Days 4-5: High-Quality Canvas Printing
- Days 6-7: Quality Check, Packaging & Shipping
Estimated Delivery Times
We ship worldwide! The estimates below show the expected delivery time after your order has been processed and shipped.
- USA: 9–24 days
- Europe: 5–20 days
- Australia: 9–25 days
- New Zealand: 9–27 days
- Rest of World: 11–35 days
Important Note: All timeframes are listed in business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
Order Tracking
Once your order begins its journey, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number and a link. Please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking system to show its first status updates.
Is Your Order Delayed?
Sometimes, packages take a little longer than expected. If your order seems to be delayed, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Tracking: Review the current status using your tracking link. There are sometimes brief delays at local sorting centers that don’t affect the final delivery.
- Wait for the Delivery Window: If you are still within the estimated delivery window, your package is very likely still on its way.
