Non-Eligible Cases:
- Custom-made paintings
- Incorrectly ordered items
- Partially or fully completed paintings

Important Details
This policy is valid for all around the world.
In the United States, we use USD (United States Dollar), while in Europe, we use EUR (Euro).
Shipping & Condition:
- Used items and half-completed paintings can not be returned
- Returned items must be in their original condition, exactly as delivered
- Paintings sold as free items can not be returned.
